Data Deletion Instructions

What Gets Deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile information (name, age, gender, contact details)
• Your Health Risk Assessment responses and generated reports
• Coach consultation notes and programme records
• WhatsApp food log images and associated meal data, if you used that feature
• Any blood work or health data shared with your coach

Anonymised, aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained for research and product improvement, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the same email address (or mentioning the same phone number) registered with your Healthness+ account.
2. If you'd prefer, message our WhatsApp Business number directly and ask to have your data deleted, our team will process it manually the same way.

We may ask you to confirm your identity (e.g. by verifying the phone number or email on file) before processing the request, to prevent someone else from deleting your data without your consent.

Timeline

We will action all valid deletion requests within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If any data must be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons (e.g. payment records under Indian tax law), we will tell you what is retained and why, and for how long.
